I think that is alright starting out doing legs. Most people seem to be able to do 180+ their bodyweight. My twig sis hits about 200 if that helps for reference.

I might give myself another 12 months and see what progress I can make without trying to bulk, cause I've only been going at the fitness thing for 6 or 7 do far. I had a skinny friend who tried to bulk and it hasn't turned out well so far, but he might not have stuck to his diet plan

Does anyone else find it difficult to eat significantly more than 2500 calories of non-trash food? I've never had a big appetite and I'm guessing that's something everyone here has in common. Does it get easier to eat more the longer you do it?

Trying to escape skinnyfat mode. 2 months in and it comes across as if ive never lifted at all, pathetic stats and looks.
Bout the only discernible thing i gain is being able to do pull ups and chinups.

Ok skelly brethren, im 6'4, 340lbs (bearmode/fatgut) with 2/3/4/5. This is what u need to do. If you're struggling with hunger and cant seem to eat enough; start making your own shakes.
Few raw eggs, oats, a banana, peanut butter, flax oil/olive oil etc and blend it. Down it. Hold ur nose if u have to. But drinking calories is way easier than trying to eat them, esp if you're struggling.

Recovering skelly here, was 129 lbs when I was 5'11 at 18 y/o, managed to bump it up to 134 to enlist in the muhreens, by the time I got out I was standing at 6' and 175lbs so at least now Im lean but Ive gotten skinnyfat since I stopped going for about 5 months after I got out.

Just got my GI Bux so I can afford my gym membership, despite all these years I still have weak as shit arms and wrists, I can barely curl 35lbs and keep form or not gas out after my first rep. Gonna buy some wrist wraps and start a 5x5 routine with a bit of arms every day, what do you guys think?

There is some risk from the shells but drinking raw eggs won't automatically make you sick. I don't personally because I've had salmonella before (from undercooked chicken, not prepared by me) and I don't want to risk more kidney damage. It's not perfectly safe, no.

pull should be upper and lower back and biceps
legs is obvious, just stay away from quad extensions

use the machines in creative ways. I use the testicle ropes to do curls, tricep pushdowns as well as face pulls. I don't do bis and tris on the same day though when I'm following my usual program

Your hips aren't *that* wide, but you have a narrow waist, which makes your hips look wider. You'll get a nice v-taper but that's the trade off.

You can't do a ton about your clavicle because it's skeletal, not muscular. It will be much less noticeable if you gain weight and add mass to your traps and pecs. Pic related

the truth is i just monitor my weight, circumferences, and bf%es

if i maintained i eat more
if i gained too much bf i eat less

it just takes some time to experiment and modify. but since I'm recovering from auschwitz mode i'm not too terribly specific with it i just eat whatever i can whenever i can and make sure i get my 160g protein daily. if your needs are different you might need to be more meticulous about it.

i guess i'll share my recipe for my personal bulk shake:

1/2 cup oats, blitzed into a powder
3 skewps choccy protein powder
1 whole banana
1 heaping tbsp peanut butter
1 cup (20oz) Fage 2% plain greek yogurt
as much whole milk as you can put in without overfilling the blender
then add 3 ice cubes and blitz

then in the morning i have what i call PINK DRINK which is a delicious way to get my oatz

1/2 cup oats, blitzed
1 cup fage 2% plain greek yogurt
1 banana, frozen
1 cup frozen strawberries/cherries/whatever berry you like
whole milk until it's thicc but drinkable
then three ice cubes, blitzed

it's legitimately like having ice cream for breakfast. very refreshing

5 months of lifting (SS) and eating 3.5k-4k of calories daily.
Squat: 100 5RM
Bench: 75 5RM
OHP: 52.5 5RM
Deadlift: 120 5RM
10 Chin-ups with 5 kg added.
Taking month off to fix my anterior pelvic tilt with stretching and ab work sine it started to causing pain in my middle back, currently I weight 62 to 62.5 kilos since I do not eat as much. Planing on bulking up to 80 kg in 6 months to year, then switching to MMA since I have strength base and body I like to have.

Eat a lot, sleep 8-9 hours, keep your test level high and try to keep your stress levels as low as you can. Also chances are that you are now much thicker than you used to so take a look at yourself sideways. I haven't had an idea how much I changed until I saw these 2 photos side by side.

posted this in another thread, but this is what 6 months got me. before was when I had just come home from my asia tripped, abusing xanax, valium, opium, cocaine, speed you name it. After is 6 months of consistent working out, eating' healthy', sleeping more.

My anxiety is almost gone(I abused drugs to be able to socialize) and I have energy i've never had before. I didn't start lifting to get /fit/ I started lifting to feel better

Need to develop my chest more, but I'm happy. Been getting a lot of compliments from friends/collegues

Am I fucking fat now? I gained about 5kg to bulking and my lifts are pretty close to doubling, but I don't know if this gut is because I'm getting fat or bloating. I always drink a 800 calorie shake before bedtime and this was taken in the morning

As long as you're not fat I've seen dudes with the same weight you have, but really low body fat. If anything you are okay, you don't have to be 170lbs all muscle.

For me, I think a lot of it came down to my parents. Basically every school day from 1st-12th grade, all I would have for breakfast was a bowl of typical sugary cereal garbage, my lunch would be just a shitty sandwich and some water, and at dinner my mom would literally restrict me from eating more even when I was hungry because she would rather have food for leftovers so she didnt have to cook the next night than me having enough food to eat

I remember when I left for college I was literally 5'7", 115 pounds and went through puberty before my SENIOR YEAR of high school. Access to my dorm's all you can eat cafeteria led me to getting 2 inches of height and 15 pounds in 3 months by christmas

For some reason you really remind me of myself in terms of appearance. I'm also short with a weird chest and strangely hairy legs. I was 5'7 135lbs when I started lifting. Pic related is me at 7 months and 140lbs. You could expect to look slightly more aesthetic than that being shorter and with less bodyfat to lose.

I ate 3 normal sized meals a day growing up, but was always thin. When I started living on my own I would skip meals to get more work done. I have scoliosis also, so my body burns more energy compensating for my spine, plus fast metabolism. I'm doing better now 6'1" 160lbs

It depends on the equipment and where the load is relative to you. There are 3 different plate loaded leg pressed at my gym, and on one of them I can load up and rep around 350kg, but on another I can only hit 160kg before it gets difficult
