This may be a retarded question, but is curling with only my left arm consistently on top of barbell exercises a good way to even out my arms? If not, what works for you? Looking like a charger from Left 4 Dead over here

I did almost entirely barbell exercises with shit form for about two years on and off, I've only started treating my workouts seriously and building a routine within the last few months. My right arm just sort of took over naturally

Then yeah just switch to dumbbell for bench and curls for awhile and you'll be fine
It's not a good idea to do assymetrical exercises to make up for imbalances, I would agree with the other anon that dumbbells will be good to get caught up.
