do it for a special ocasion the same way you celebrate 1 time a year your birthday.

if you ask here its because you are probably a regular smoker. you had your fun, now move on, srsly, thats the best advice you will get. dont regret it but look forward. you will feel much better without it, even if your brain says otherwise.

In some people who have a deficiency in certain brain chemicals and body processes, weed can be beneficial.
I started smoking weed and was very energetic, my memory improved, appetite decreased, and lost around 100lbs because I didn't feel pain and had that much more energy. Completely washed out my personality though...

I would say get a test on your levels of neurotransmitters (dopamine, anadamide, serotonin, ect.) and consult a person who really knows what they are doing when it comes to the stuff (and I mean REALLY knows, not your typical despensery worker) if you are truly interested.
