No you don't. It's all in your head. You don't just wake up with PN. It gradually develops. You'd have to expose yourself to DNP for months at a time to develop PN. This doesn't just happen from one cycle alone.

I did DNP once for like a 2 week cycle and lost a good amount of weight but I gained it back because I just reverted to poor eating habits. That was a few years ago and I've since restructured my eating habits as I've progressed from 260 to 190 Ibs. I'd like to get down to 160-170, would I be able to accomplish this with a 3 week DNP cycle @ 250-500mg once I hit 185Ibs? I really don't want to have to eat at a cut for another 4 months while the semester is going on.
