Novice grill here; been going to the gym every 2nd day for 4.5 weeks and i've seen some serious weight capacity gains thus far. Gone from 35kg to 85kg squats which is above my body weight. Doing 3 sets of 3 bench press at 40kgs now, and doing 85kg dead lifts at 4 sets of 4 now.
But my progress is slowing down and the noob gains are wearing off. What can I do to my routine to start increasing my weight capacity again?

First time lifting in my life. No tangible muscle tone progress yet as it's only been 4.5 weeks, just noticable fat loss and increased weight capacity. Benching I could hardly rep the bar alone and now I can do 3/4 reps with 40kg. Dead lifts i started at 5x5 60kg but now i do 85kg with a max of about 90-92kg for singles. Noob gains in strength, not asthetic.
