What exercises are best for the serratus muscle and also for a more 3D look to the delts?
I'm willing to add a bit more to my workout for aesthetics. Is there anything better/more I can do than lateral db raises?

>serratus muscle
Pullover by far. I feel it especially in the serratus when doing straight arm ones.
>also for a more 3D look to the delts?
You need drugs for the modern 3d delt look. Otherwise, the biggest bang for your buck may be actually doing overheads 3xweek.

Yeah that would actually work well, I'll probably try fit it in.

I do so many overheads; I double up and nothing comes of it. Is it just genetic? Like, my delts have grown over time but they're not 3D-y.
>delt
Lateral raise, Db ohp, wide grip pull ups, and rear delt flies. Don't neglect the rear delt, it's crucial for the 3d effect.
>Serratus
I'm not sure how to hit this muscle specifically but I get very sore there after dips

doesn't matter, you'll never get that christian woman

If you're working out and your delts and don't have the 3-d look then I can almost guarantee that you're neglecting your rear delts.
