How hard is it to maintain a otter mode, bear mode, super mode body? Is it worth it to go to the gym for hours to ensure your muscles don't decrease.

ive been training for 2 years, and sometimes when i feel like im getting too fat, i will fast by eating literally nothing for 2-3 weeks (without working out)
i never lose any strength/lean mass
it's not that hard to maintain muscle, provided you have normal hormone levels
