So i just started seriously lifting. I've been doing more cardio and am fucking sick of it.
I want a lean body like the one on the picture. I'm tall, 195m to be exact. I have around 15% body fat. My lifts are shit as i've disregard them for more than a year.
What is my best road to get to my goal? Is bulking necessary? High reps, low sets or low reps high sets?
I've been an idiot around the gym for 2 years now and i still know nothing about lifting. Help me out /fit/

That doesn't make any sense dumbass.
You need to eat food to build muscle. High protein. You will put on fat unless you're extremely slow, but who wants to fucking do that.
Bulk at a normal rate, then cut to become lean.
You're not going to look anything like that just by becoming "lean".
im built something like that, al most 6 feet and 155 lbs, lean as fuck, and i have done nothing more than exercising and eating not too much
never did cardio, mi metabolism is already pretty fast and always had low bodyfat
but if i serious bulked could get heavier, like once i weighted like 170 lbs but was eating like a motherfucker, was bigger overrall but my liver was getting fucked

Just do HIIT, look up High Intensity Interval Training you fag
