Cut from 255 to roughly 210. Done strength training for the majority of my time working out. I think im gonna start bodybuilding because seeing the results of my cut has really ignited my motivation to get huge. Just started a lean bulk. Oh ya and this is over a span of 3-4 months with somewhat strict diet but work sorta messed with me.

You just need to eat lean (more of it, of course). Obviously you do plenty of carido and ab work, so just up the lean meats and other good protein/aminos/bcaas/nitric oxide/l-arginine/l-glutamine sources (or supp some of them) and try a creatine supp thrown in the mix.

IMO strength limit is overrated. What are you going to tell a girl you meet that you bench with 5 plates? When you can be just as big from properly repping 3 plates. I've seen multiple ego lifters get hurt, be out for 6 months, and then have to start from almost scratch again.

Been lifting for about a year, started at 72kgs and now at 81. Can do 22.5kgs dumbell exercises fluently in good form for shoulders / biceps / chest etc, just a rough idea on how "heavy" im lifting.
