Hey /fit/, I was wondering how well I'm progressing at the gym and if my exercise strategy is correct.

After a few months of lifting, I've managed to get to .5pl8 OHP, 1pl8 bench press, 1.5pl8 squat, and 2pl8 deadlift. For reference, I'm 6'2" and weigh 156 pounds. I lift on Mondays, break tuesday, run wednesdays, swim thursdays, and lift again on fridays, sometimes on the weekend. I consume drinks mixed with protein powder each day after exercise and maintain a relatively balanced diet with a mix of vegetables, fruits, and an emphasis on meat.

Can I make my process more effective by switching around the days or doing something differently? Am I progressing at a decent rate, or am I going slow?
