help a poorfag out, no money for equipment, what are optimal exercises I can do at home for upper body? I do 1 hour cardio a day and legs are looking pretty good but upper bod sucks

Chin-ups and pull-ups are great and can be done just about anywhere. Also do push-ups, decline push-ups (feet up), rows with door frames, Aussie pull-ups under a table, grab a couple rags if you're on hard floors or the plastic tops they put on containers of salad or spinach and use them to do flies against the floor.
