Does anyone deal with this? I'm not fat I'm actually fairly lean. I could literally eat all day and not have one problem doing it. The only way I ever feel satisfied is if I essentially eat a meal for 4 people. Then after that I just crave sweets. What does it feel like to have no appetite?

That sounds like me. The only time I feel satiated is after stuffing my face with food.
And, like you, I'm not fat.
Most of the time I feel "meh" with the amount I eat.

I have something similar, but it seems to only happen in the morning. I'll wake up at 3 or 4 feeling like I'm starving. I struggle to get out of bed since I'm half-asleep, but I feel like I'm going to get sick if I don't eat. I'll eat, but I'm still hungry, so I eat more. Then I'll go back to bed after an hour or so and then wake up again from hunger. It feels like I haven't eaten anything despite eating enough breakfast for three or four people. As soon as the afternoon hits I feel full and satisfied for a couple hours. I hate it and don't want to eat so much, but I feel miserable and sick if I don't.
