I'm cutting atm and sometimes the cravings kick in hard after I got my caloric needs for the day, some of you might've come up with or have found some foods you can eat to at least trick yourself to saciety without ruining progress.
So far i have

I've also seen a zero calorie "peanut" butter around but haven't tried it yet

If you want to have something sweeter try baked apples. just remove the Apple core the stuff the middle with a mixture of raw oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg in the middle. Then bake 375F for 50-60 mins (timing is for four apples).
It's not many calories and super yummy
Take some Casein or eat some slow-digesting proteins (eggs, milk, etc) as your last meal, or before bed. It will keep you full, and feed your muscles while you sleep.

Protein.. Eating ~9-12 scoops and some flaxseed oil keeps me full (the former is only 960Cal).
psyllium husk. great fibre and also really filling. a teaspoon will turn a cup of water into this gel shit (so drink it fast before it dissolves) that will help you feel full.
