What are some healthy, calorie dense foods? I have been eating lots of nuts, cheese, peanut butter, and milk but I haven't found anything else. Everything is either too carby or low calories per cost.
Are supermarket sandwiches bad or acceptable? Is pasta good?
Another question: I only do the big lifts. Which lifts and sets and reps give me aesthetics in minimal time?
avocado is very calorie dense at 165cals/100g. also, peanut butter isn't really all that healthy

Same boat. Oatmeal + peanut butter changed my gains. in the past 2 months, where I started eating oatmeal+Greek yogurt+peanut butter, I've gained 4 pounds of muscle. I was stagnating for at least 1 year before that even tho I was working out 3 days a week. I would add eggs and Greek Yogurt.

>I only do the big lifts. Which lifts and sets and reps give me aesthetics in minimal time?
imo, just do ALL THE EXERCISES, max weight (4u), 10-12 reps.

500ml of your favorite milk
30-50g of protein powder
200g of oats
30g of peanut butter
Blend it together
Healthy, good macros, tastes delicious
