Hi /fit/ I have been going to gym more and more, and finally i got bigger, however now I started to play rugby and speed, agility and endurance are being a challenge.
Any good resources or rutines to improve this and be more than just a strong but short guy on the field?
sprint to goal line, do 10 push ups, sprint back. Sprint to 22m, 15 push ups and back, sprint to halfway, 20 push ups and back, then to the other 22m, 15 push ups and back etc.
You can replace push ups for burpees, but then your sprints won't be as good.
That's just one of the basic stuff we do. There's a lot more drills I know of but they are mainly skill and agility focused.
I assume you have a coach? He should be able to give you a proper routine based on how he thinks your speed and endurance levels are.
