I am a poorfag currently residing in an apartment complex. I using the workout room's dumbbells to keep progressing in some lifts. This is the program I've been on thus far.

Standing shoulder press (neutral grip) 3x8
Upright side row 3x8
Bicep curl 3x8

Seal row 4x8
Kroc row 3x8
Bicep curl 3x8
Thoughts, any movements I should add, replace, etc.
