Hey /fit/, have never posted here before but I would like some help.
Within the next year or so I will be joining the air force in my country but I am pretty underweight. I need to gain weight but I have a really hard time doing it and was wondering if I could get some tips.
My main problem is eating, as I'm very compulsive and don't eat many foods and hardly eat. I think it stems back to physical abuse from my father years ago, but I only eat a select few foods and can't bring myself to try many others and when I do eat its not often.
I never eat three meals a day, because I hardly feel hungry or feel like eating, what can I do /fit/? Could I drink protein shakes and hit the gym to gain weight? I really need help, I feel autistic as fuck and it angers me that I can't just eat rice and white meats, and lots of it. Could anyone recommend anything I should try?

Try calories in calories out fag. Eat more food. GOMAD. Peanut butter and bread. Mass gaining shakes with milk.

Hit the gym so a good portion of the mass you gain will be muscle
Milk is your friend, so is yogurt and other dairy, get it as minimally processed as possible for that gut Flora gains
