Diet issue (I read the sticky fuck off)
I'm trying to structure my diet 50/30/20 and I'm doing that fine but if I do that I'm not reaching my caloric goal, which is 4,000 calories. I'm 5'11 and weigh 155 lbs and my long term is 160. My diet consists of flank steaks, chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, almonds, yogurt, etc.. Am I eating the wrong food or should my caloric goal not be so high?
Also I'm trying to eat 200 grams of protein a day and structuring my other macros in 50/30/20 around that

That's entirely too high and you don't need that much protein.

Yeah but if I eat 1 gram per lbs body mass (155) then my calories are hilariously low

And that's okay. Carbs and fats are important too. Once you hit your protein goal, then just eat rice, peanut butter, potatoes, fuck-all else until you've hit your calorie goal.
