Why is no one talking about this?

>The researchers in this trial gave eight of their male subjects ~10 mg’s of boron supplement, every morning for 7 consecutive days. After the week had passed, the scientists compared their subjects blood results from day 1 to day 7, and found out that:
>free testosterone levels had increased by 28%
>free estrogen levels had decreased by -39%
>dihydrotestosterone (DHT) levels rose by 10%

Anyone tried this?
Also worth noting:
>Two rodent studies examining boron’s toxicity have also found significant dose-dependent increases in testosterone levels after boron supplementation, highest dose (500 mg/day) leading to a massive 160% increase.
>Though this amount – not only crazily expensive – would be highly toxic also, since dosages exceeding 25 mg/day start showing symptoms of toxicity and are not recommended.
A few Amazon reviews I've read claim this really works

try it OP and report back in a few weeks.
if it's not increasing test levels to a supraphysiological level it's to doing anything more than normal fluctuations and if you have clinically low test you need to go to the doctor

When will this shilling that only steroids can make notable test changes stop

>"One study has been conducted on athletic males participating in bodybuilding, using a lower dose. 2.5mg of Boron daily for 9 weeks elevated plasma boron levels (20.1ppb to 32.6ppm; a 62% increase) yet failed to find significant differences between groups for any hormones measured."
I guess it's time for the needle.

when its wrong aka never
slightly higher spikes for a bit until the drug stops being effective will do just about nothing for your gains

there's no proof anywhere that test fluctuations within normal human limits produce superior muscle mass. only clinically low values and supraphysiological levels are proven. the overwhelming amount of evidence can be found in healthy males who make laughable gains compared to steroid users.
