What's your bulletproof warm-up routine before weightlifting, running, yoga or any other type of workout?

>5-dot drill
>a complex with overhead squats, lateral squats, reverse overhead lunge, and press in snatch position, just with the bar

Walking to the gym

couple shoulder dislocations with a broom stick
then stretches (palms on ground, back hyper extension, side stretch, lunges, body weight squat)
static run or bike for a bit
then for each major lift i will do warm up sets prior to working set
cool down on bike or elliptical
-Hang from pull-up bar to loosen lower back/ upper back.
-Warm-up for shoulders
-5-10 pullups
-front plank
-5-10 pullups
-side plank
-5-10 pullups
-other side plank
-5-10 pullups
-50-100 crunches
-5-10 pullups
-25-30 hanging leg raises
No rest, go straight from the pull-ups to ab work then straight back to pull-ups.
