Ok brotons, how do I know if I trained my muscle enough?
as an example:
I train my calves,
they start burning,
go to failure,
stop and rest,
go once again
they start burning,
go to failure stop and rest
go once again
they don't burn at all, just fatigue, not being able to make as much of reps at once, do that a couple of times, but have the feeling I could do this all day.

Try several sets of varying reps/weights
If you have muscle soreness the next day then you are adequately stimulating muscle growth, if not then up the intensity
>>42708732
Try a different exercise for the same muscle

I do

that's normal, you can't train your muscle to absolut fatigue, it is biologically impossible

You know by the intensity. You dont need to go to failliure every time. Make sure the weight is heavy enough to do your reps while still having one or two reps in the tank. Doms are not a sign of efficient training. Follow a decent program, follow the reps described there just make sure the intensity is sufficient.
I'm assuming you haven't been lifting for long. Don't sweat the small stuff just keep on lifting consistently and keep upping weight and/or reps and sets.
