I know I go red headed when I lift. It also happens in my upper chest area too. Thick Veins and red all over pecs.
Every time I increase the weight as part of my progression on deadlifts I get these red dots. After a few days they go yellow/Brown (like a bruise) and then disappear. They don't come when I do the other lifts. Only on days I deadlift.
Does /fit/ get this?

Well, having your blood pressure rise into the sky is normal when lifting heavy shit, especially on deads. Same with heart rate. Like, some people can get to 200 bpm during exceptionally heavy deadlifts. I am talking like, 1000 pounds deadlifts and shit. Its normal.
