I lost the use of my legs two years ago. I have gained some weight in the stomach area and need to find non active ways to lose weight. Any suggestions?

Eat a consistent amount of a calories, I.e. what you eat now, with higher protein. Train your arms neck abs shoulders etc. Biggest help to losing a "gut" is switching your carb intake to a majority of complex carbs.
You're gonna recomp, it's fairly easy and with some dumbbells you're g2g
