Yep. Went through a full-mind routine this morning.
~15 minutes of Highly Intrinsic Inner Tranquility (HIIT) for warm-up

3x8 ethereal raises
3x10 directed attention spans
finished off with some planar extensions for stretching, and then a four-hour cold shower to practice some Tummo.

There is no correct way to do it. Just close your eyes and focus on your breathing for as long as you can. When your thoughts drift off to something else, bring them back to your breathing.
I've used the Headspace app for a month and something. Stopped when it became 20 minutes every morning. Didn't feel that it was helping me that much. Should I give it another try? Any app suggestions ?
