Can someone please post the push pull split that has been floating around /fit/. I remember it was blue and yellow and there were like 7 exercises each day.

How hard can it be to make your own PPL?
Push = Do a bunch of Chest, Delts and Triceps
Pull = Do a bunch of Back, Traps and Biceps
Legs = Do a bunch of Squats, Deadlifts, Calf Raises and some random machines like hamstring curls and leg extensions
