the human body works best through asymmetry. having one huge ass arm is bad ass.

on a serious note, I have one shoulder than can't stay in place when I lift. Especially if I'm pulling, the shoulder rolls forward and back all throughout the movement and that arm doesn't get as swole either. Tons of chest stretching, trap stretching, watching videos on winged scalping fixes, dropping weight numbers, dumbells, and lots of research has started to get me on track.
