I lasted 8 weeks but had to stop cuz i ended up rrducing my eating day calories to under 2000 while my fasting day calories were under 50.

After a week of under 2000 calories on eating days and under 50 calories on fasting days i ended up getting a really bad headache that only went away half an hour after eating a few hundred calories.

Why don't fatties just lose weight sensibly instead of trying these crazy crash diets? My theory that fat people are simply mentally deficient is getting stronger every day.

So? ADF allows for 500kcal on fasy days anyway, and that's just an arbitrary number. If I want lunch, I eat it, I work it off. Who cares.
