Sleep thread
I'm not getting enough sleep lately and I'm worried it's effecting my gains. My workouts and nutrition are on point.
Any good supplements that can help me KO. I get drug tested for work so it can't be anything that will show up.
Can be supplment free ideas too, such as playlists or even types of bedding, I'm open to all suggestions.
Don't look at a computer or phone screen for the hour before you want to go to sleep. Lights from the screens keep you awake.
In my opinion, it's better to not take anything that will help you fall asleep, as you will become increasingly dependent on it.
Basically keep you room as cool and dark. Maybe get a sleep mask, that helped me. Also only use your bed for sleep and sex, it will train you to think those are the only two things it's for. Other good things for sleep are waking up early, following a schedule everyday, and exercising at least once a day.
