So the last few months I fell for the couch to 5k meme, I managed 5k in about 25mins about three weeks back (my best time yet).
the three weeks since then I have been shut in autist, basically no cardio but masturbating and watching anime (although eating clean). Just forced myself back into routine and I managed the same distance in about 34 mins which shocked me, I thought I would have ruined all progress by a wide margin.
Now fast forward to today and I read you only lose about 10% of your progress for each week out, is this accurate /fit/?
