Anyone here mark their plates and their bar in a commercial gym? What's your mark and what do you do if you spot someone using them?
For context, he's talking about plates not being "on point" and that the weight may vary, slightly, from what's on the actual plate. This can cause missed lifts.
I don't mark but I try to use the same bars in my gym

a good program will either have some degree of autoregulation that make this a nonissue, or have most of the working sets be submaximal enough that it doesn't matter
