im at my wits end, how the fuck can you motherfuckers lose weight so quickly? I have tried and tried again with diets and excersise I used to be on a 5 day a week training regime but i never gained nor lost any weight, how do i do it.

Try 6 days a week with 4 upper lower sessions, 2 HIIT session (sprints and calisthenics)
Start counting your fucking calories and makes sure you're on a god damn motherfucking deficit you fat piece of human shit
