WHY THE FUCK CANT I LIFT WITH GOOD FORM KILL ME
Tbh i think its a psychological thing. Even if you were to restart at a really low weight you'll eventually lose patience and progressively overload too fast and end up sacrificing your form for higher numbers
Go light and slooooow it down. Think about every second of the exercise like arnie did. Make sure everything is perfect. You'll get so much more out of lifting a lighter weight with perfect form than a heavier weight with shit form
If you really are worried, invest in a couple of sessions from a trainer. Videos can only do so much. Spending a couple hundred bucks on mastering your form via direct feedback certainly beats fucking up your back and being stuck in physical therapy for months.

This desu
You'll also save yourself from injury.
If you can't do it without good form you need to deload. None of that half squat/good morning shit on squats. Not flaring your elbows on every bench press rep, and not stopping the bar before ir hits your chest with unretracted scapula.

dw the form will mostly fix itself after you get stronger, usually its just a very weak core causing u to have bad form

>tfw chronic case of good morning squat
I don't want to deload brehs

>tfw can't keep torso upright when squatting unless my stance is wide as fuck
>when my stance is that wide it hurts my hip flexors
i hate this fucking exercise
Have some one help you in the gym. Make sure they actually know good form too.
You need to practice with lighter weight, and when you're warming up make sure you're form is the same for every set. Pretend each warmup set is your max.
Form is literally strength.
If your form is shit, you're not strong enough.
