Keto has brought me to my /goalweight/ but I fear that shit food choices will be bad in the long run. For the last 9 months I've literally eaten nothing but StringCheese, Eggs, and Hotlinks. Are these high sodium transfat meme foods that bad? Should I just go back to eating sandwiches and oats while weathering the craving storm of a high carb diet?

you should start eating a normal healthy diet
if your worried about overeating track your calories for a month to get a hang of what you should be eating
you might come to find that after keto your cravings arent as bad as they used to be(this was the case for me)

Eat green vegetables too you brainlet. Caesar salads (without croutons obviously), broccoli, asparagus, spinach. Avoid peas, carrots, stuff like that. I do this partially to have some variety of flavor and texture in my diet, but more important I get constipated af whenever I don't eat my damn greens.
