Hey /fit/ wanted to wonder if PHUL is a good program for someone getting of a 1 year SS and 1 year bro splits for hypertrophey/muscle growth. I also wanted to ask on how should I progress on the program? 5/lb a week on main lifts? on power days

but by how much 5lb? each week on power days? because on soem compound lifts like overhead the only you only do 2-3 sets so how do you progress with such few sets?

yea 5lbs, so the next week increase it. dont increase the weight if u cant do the sets/reps. i fu want a more linear and simple program id check out 531 or nsuns531 or even candito upper/lower
