I really like your posts, and have watched them for maybe two years now. But there is an "elephant in the room". And that "elephant" is you are on H.R.T (hormone replacement therapy). I mean i know the stigma to this stuff even when prescribed legally by a doctor but maybe you can help dispel this a bit. By letting people how to do these supplements responsibly and legally either way i wish you the best with your company and your channel. I truly am not trying to bust your balls. But again, i don’t think is a fair for you to keep one of the integral parts of training over 40 a secret any longer. Your body needs Test and GH to function properly and repair itself. Sure, diet and hard workouts also integral parts of the equation also but without adequate test and GH their results with be GREATLY diminished and may even result in injury so consider coming clean i think it be good for you, and the sport and public perception. Working on becoming a cop.

I was 220 July 11th so Ive made some decent progress. I plan on cutting down to 180 before bulking.

Im doing 5/3/1 to retain strength. Doing HIIT workouts after lifts to be an athlete.

Working on running more as well, need to bring my run time down.

Will be boxing twice a week for 90min private lessons. Hoping to find a good BJJ/wrestling gym soon.

Most of my training has been powerlifting specific which is probably why my upper body is such shit compared to my squat DL. I started out doing SL 5x5 + accessories for like 6 months, then tried 5/3/1 variants without much success. Then did candito 6 week and intermediate sheiko.

Now I'm actually going to try out PHAT to get in more upper body accessories to try to get a little more balanced.

Dropping 16 lbs since mid july is great. You're definitely on the right track and your upper body is already pretty close to as strong as mine.

I went from 5'9 110 to 164 in about ten months and put on a little fat. I did all that natty, but stopped lifting because real life caught up to me. I shrunk down to 135, and decided I wanted to lift again. Day one I went back to my old routine and started LGD4033 and I shit you not but started doing gomad too and I'm up to 161 and still have visible abs in the time frame of six weeks.
