>tfw uneven pecs
do something about it, faggot

Like what?
BB bench? DB bench? One armed cable flies, or one armed machine flies?
>>42687876
Obviously you need to work out one muscle more than the other to make them even.

wouldn't doing any chest workout where each pec is moving a weight by itself (so just not barbell) eventually normalize the two pecs? weaker one is doing more work to do the same movement, so would have more gains until it caught up?
i have no clue obviously

Nice I'll try this more often

>uneven pecs
at least you don't have pectus excavatum

Same.

Insertions have a lot to do with symmetry.
The reason why my pecs are uneven is because I can't seem to activate the lower pec muscle on my left pec.
My right pec sticks out way further because the bottom is much more meatier, though the upper chest is looking good.
No matter how much I isolate my left lower pec, it seems that the middle of my chest still does most of the work.
From far away it's not bad but it's been bothering me for the longest time.

how do u isolate your lower pec? your arms are at less than a 90 degree angle to your body?
decline bench, dips, cable flies starting from a high position(pulling down)?

Similar problem here. Left pec is meatier on the inside, while my right falls off as it nears the sternum.
Even if I work both pecs equally the left one always feels more worked near the sternum that the right one.
I'm thinking it's because my right arm/shoulder is stronger than my left and so it ends up doing most of the work instead of the right side pec
>>42689473
Dumbbell bench press should fix that.

I do all of those except bodyweight/weighted dips.
Are those the key?
Thing is I don't want my right lower pec to get bigger as well.
There's no real gain for me if the imbalance is still there.

I think this affects me too.
My left tricep is bigger than my right, even the my right pec is bigger than my left.
I think I have a mild form of scoliosis.
>>42689729
It hasn't yet.
I can rep the 130's and I feel that both pecs are just as strong.
In fact I think my left(smaller) side is stronger.
>>42689326
Don't...

it's all right my friend, we're all going to make it, you just need to shift your goal a bit
