How does /fit/ reach their protein intake? Lost around 30 pounds in the last year or so, 155 currently. Aiming for 150-145, rule of thumb is at least 1g or more per goal weight. At 1500-1700 calories a day, im struggling. Drink 2-3 protein shakes a day, and with food. I am barely hitting the 110-130g a day mark. How do you do it?

nigger, 2 scoops is about 30 g of protein. 2 scoops is like the basic minimum for a protein shake. 2-3 shakes a day is then 60-90 g of protein per day. I guess you're only using 2 scoops if you fail to reach your protein goal?

a scoop of my whey protein is 30grams at 150 calories. Not OP.

but 300 calories is an easy way to get 60 grams of protein in...and that's not including eggs, vegetables, chicken, chicken, fish, chicken, greek yogurt, chicken

Fish and lean meat my guy.

Fast food chicken sandwhich, grilled, throw away the buns if you're avoiding carbs. Usually 400-600 calories at 25+ g/Protein.

Starkist canned tuna in water: 100 calories, 24g Protein, 0 carbs, 1g fat, Per can.

Those are two easy ways to make up protein. That's not including the help of Shakes and Bars.

180 calories, 21g protein, 22g crab, 7g fat
