Stop giving a fuck. The more you look at the clock, and worry, and get anxiety before getting into bed ("Here we go again") the worse it'll be.

Just let go. Say 'Fuck it'. If you get one hour sleep, whatever.

you have sleep anxiety, you can't fall asleep because you worry that you might not be able to fall asleep. I tried melatonin, audiobooks and all sorts of things to get sleepy, but what worked for me was this
>upload a few episodes of some cartoon to your phone (I watch rick and morty or old simpsons)
>go to sleep, turn the lights off, set phone brightness to the lowest
>put 1 earphone into your ear
>start watching the cartoon
I usually fall asleep while watching third or second episode. When you're watching stop worrying about everything else and just focus on the cartoon
