Ok so the grassfed has a lot better fats and more nutrients and shit then corn fed butter. You can notice this immensely in the flavor and color of the butter in solid form (yellow versus white). The fats in grassfed are like the ones in avocados, they help build cell walls or some garbage.

I eat 25g of 85% every day as pre-workout nutrition (I lift within an hour of waking up). 50g if it's a double workout day (spread 25g before lifting, 25g as a yummy snack) Started doing this about 8 months ago and this may be a meme but I'm in excellent health - have not been ill once and definitely feel like I have had a noticeable rise in test.

Maybe, in the states at least all our butter is fed corn from our autistic government subsidies. You should check it out though, just in case. In the states we get grassfed imported from Ireland mostly, this one brand kerrygold. It's about double the price, but most supermen are upper middle class anyway so not a huge deal.

The Lindt 85% is made with pure cocoa while the 90% and 99% are dutched processed.
I was a big fan of the 99%, but they basically remove the nutrient from it.
