What does /fit/ think of my meal planner to lose weight with?
1 breakfast choice, 1 smoothie choice, 2 meal choices each day.

Meals are good but too many, you need a defecit. Also cut out the honey. Don't eat any sugar whatsoever, that includes very sugary or carby fruits like grapes or apples or bananas, though definitely eat vegetables, trying to avoid onions. Your supposed to be hungry and a good bit miserable when losing weight. I lost 50 pounds one summer, cardio is also very important not just for the diet itself but for your mental discipline.

I should also mention that fats are good for losing weight. I didn't drink whole milk because it has sugar, but I ate a lot of butter and cheese. There is research showing that when people were told to eat 1500 calories a day, one group having a fat diet and one group having a carb diet, the fat diet group burned considerably more calories a day than the carb diet group.
