I'm also 28. I started lifting again almost a year ago. I have an ok job, but I'll probably find something more fulfilling after I finish paying off my student loan debt. Men peak later in life, so it's definitely not too late.

I definitely feel as though I missed out on some things growing up, especially with women. Part of it is from being a literal sperg, and I'm sure some of it had to do with being raised by a single mother. A decent dad would have probably done wonders for my masculinity growing up.
