as the title says, im not fat at all i was escaping Auschwitz and ended up in skinny fat territory, now i am steadily cutting down.
did pretty good weight loose gains but ran into a problem.
I can't help but feel tired and almost like a lightheaded feeling.
What could i be missing from my diet that causes this?
Breakfast: skim oatmeal with fruits
lunch: a pound of fish and meat from a deli
banana for snack sometimes mcds apple pie
dinner: can of tuna.
What should i add to get rid of this feelings and how can i fix my meal plan to make it better?

Use a different eating pattern, eat normal TEE caloric value, or even a little over. Shit works.

Yea it works because you can feed on lift days, and fast on off days. Your calories are cut in half overall, and your metabolism doesn't slow down. It's easier to be miserable every other day than starving every day. After a while fast days aren't really miserable... and even if you over eat a little on the feed days its no big deal because you're overall at a deficit.
