Yeah, I think so. I have a cigar once or twice a month, stopped drinking completely though because it just saps my energy and strength the day after even if I drink in moderation whereas a cigar once a month is enjoyable but has no hangover affect and still gives me a slight buzz.

Beyond that it's generally believed that cigarettes will help weight loss while booze will surely encourage weight gain. Also some people say that beer in particular reduces test while red wine increases it.
