I like honey roasted I use to use it with different jams n jellies on one slice folded over
back when I was fit it worked well
was also out of work and on a budget with a gym membership where a lot of hottie worked or took classes.

another thing I use to do was
picked rainbow pepper and dice them up while cooking red quinoa
and place them in a pitcher to ladle em out over greens with grape tomatoes n blueberries.
baby carrots I would pick off the top after added em.
the quinoa I would use in place of rice with frozen salmon that I would cook on a foreman grill.
would also have a large can of spinach and would mix it with a can of jalapenos to add some zing to the spinach.
would also have a few other left over for whatever else I'd eat during the week as survival food.
