Program for pure hypertrophy?
Currently 1.25/3/3.5/4.5 doing Coolcicada PPL but it's Strength/Hypertrophy and I don't give a shit about strength any more
I wanna be joocy. What's a good pure-hypertrophy PPL or other split?
lyle's upper lower, just add lateral raises and rear delt raises

maybe look into renaissance periodization bodypart hypertrophy guides and make your own routine out of them

Just do higher rep sets you dumbo
Toss in some isolation for delts/arms/forearms/calves and fucking pound some incline/dips plus weighted ab work.
