It's amazing, helps you lift more, with more endurance and intensity.

All at the cost of good sleep.

In the end I decided it wasn't worth it.

It's awesome. It's basically just caffeine that tastes good and makes you tingle. It also has that placebo effect due to the shiny label and shit. I buy it every now and then only when I want to treat myself since it's expensive.

Its a good starter preworkout. Its trash compared to 80% of whats out there for the same price. Move onto Mr Hyde after you realize how mediocre this shit is, then find your own advanced preworkout to your own needs after that.

Took it before my morning lift. Got super nauseous the rest of the day and vomited in class.
