The important thing for PTs is client retention, and the average person freaks out about doms, so you take it easy with them, just do enough to keep them healthy, and hope they stick to their diets.
Occasionally you'll have someone who is training for a specific goal, or actually wants to be wrecked, but you need to make sure they actually do want to hobble out after their session, or if they're trying to appear tough.
