what i did that worked for me for a short period is eating breakfast and lunch then go running 10km for about 50min and skip dinner. sometimes take naps after lunch. drink a lot of water, coffe and tea.
Just got back from 4 days at a music festival and lost 3.5kg, to try replicating it guess you can do a lot of walking, drink 30+ units of alcohol a day, 2/3 shit meals and about 3 hours sleep.
