Fasting is my answer. Ain't no point playing the teasing game with food. I'm too tired of being fat.
So I make notes of my mental dialogue. Mostly when hunger pangs, "I am OK with being hungry". That's that. It's fine. It's a feeling. I'm not dying.
Water and salt for me.
Drinking nearly purified water though. Am I going to have to worry about minerals? Would some lemon juice in water cover my mineral needs?

Protein sparing fast is a better idea. You want to preserve muscle mass and burn more fat than muscle.
You can do a liquid PSMF with protein shakes / muscle milk. Make sure you also buy Fiber Choice tablets/gummies and take 8+ per day or else the protein shake will rip your ass apart when you shit.
