any of y'all suffer from carpal tunnel or other repetitive strain injuries?

how do you cope with the constant suffering, /fit/?

i've taken advice from my doctor and began to wear splints while sleeping. also i'm occasionally taking advil, rubbing voltaren on my hands and trying to improve my sitting posture.

i don't get it, just make a thread about it. Why is it with every small little fucking thing labeld with ''general''. Fuck off, only /plg/ and /fraud/ is general worthy.

Also i don't know if this is relevant, but i have horrible tendonitis on my arms, and i have tennis elbow. I try to stretch before i workout and i'm pretty sure there are nice stretching exercises on the internet for that.

i got it from years of using the pc with terrible posture / arm placement. or it could've been shitty genetic disposition. who knows.
